How much do your services cost?

We don't publish pricing publicly because every clinic is at a different stage and the right package depends on what you actually need. Pricing is discussed during The Brand Diagnostic. If you proceed with any KOVO package within 5 days, the £250 diagnostic fee is credited toward your first invoice.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, card payments, and direct debit for recurring packages.

Do you offer finance or instalment plans?

Yes, for larger projects like branding and website design, we can arrange staged payments to make things easier.

Who will I be working with / who are your experts?

You work directly with our founder, Mahaim Saud — not an account manager, or a junior team member. Maham leads the strategy on every client and is the person you speak to, brief, and build with.

You will also work with our creatives, ads team and developers. We only take on projects where we can deliver real results and give your brand the attention it deserves.

How experienced is your team?

Mahaim has over 15 years of experience leading marketing inside some of the UK's most recognised healthcare brands. That includes taking Dream Smiles Dental from zero to Best Dental Practice in the UK within its first year, building three commercial brands simultaneously for Dr Tim Pearce, and launching The Aspen Clinic from nothing. The work is not theoretical. It has been done, at scale, in this industry.

What happens at the Brand Diagostic?

We review your brand, website, social media, and marketing before the call. On the call, we walk you through exactly what we find — what's working, what isn't, and what to prioritise. Within 48 hours you receive a written summary and a prioritised 90-day plan. It is a working session, not a sales pitch.

How long will it take to see results?

It depends on the starting point and the package. For clinics going through The Launchpad, results start before you even open — that's the point. For clinics on The Acquisition Engine, you'll see movement quickly once campaigns are live.

What we won't do is drive traffic to something we don't believe will convert. If something needs fixing first, we'll tell you — because wasting your budget helps no one, least of all us. We're business owners too. We understand that every pound you spend on marketing needs to work. The foundations go in first. Then we drive the traffic. That's how you get results that last rather than a spike that disappears.

Can I customise my package?

We start with what we know works and adapt it to your clinic's specific stage and needs. The Brand Diagnostic is where we work out what that looks like for you.

Where are you located?

We are based in the UK and work with clinics nationally and internationally. Wherever you are in the world, if you're building a premium clinic and you're serious about growth, we're open to the conversation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainer packages require 30 days written notice to cancel. Project-based work is governed by the terms in your agreement.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the results?

We take that seriously. We build in regular reporting and strategy reviews so that if something isn't performing, we know about it and address it before it becomes a problem. We don't disappear after onboarding.

Do you provide aftercare or ongoing support?

Retainer clients have ongoing access to us as part of the package. Project clients can discuss continuation or support arrangements once the project is complete.

What do we need to prepare?

Just fill in the short pre-audit questionnaire after booking. We do the research before the call — you don't need to prepare anything.

Will you try to sell us something on the call?

No. The diagnostic is a genuine audit, not a discovery call dressed up. We give honest feedback regardless of whether you work with us afterwards. If a KOVO package is the right next step, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too.

What if we want to proceed with KOVO afterwards?

The £250 is credited toward any package if you commit within 5 days. Most clients who find the diagnostic useful move forward — but there is no pressure and no follow-up if you don't.
