The brief

Dr Tim Pearce had the credentials, the clinical ability, and the ambition. What he needed was a marketing strategy that could turn a respected injector into the most recognised authority in UK aesthetics — and build three commercial brands simultaneously in the process. The brief spanned his personal brand, SkinViva clinic, and SkinViva Training Academy.

The challenge

The aesthetics education market is crowded with injectors who teach. Most of them never break through the noise. The difference between a practitioner who becomes a genuine industry authority and one who stays a well-regarded local name is not clinical skill — it is how strategically they build their presence, their content, and their commercial infrastructure around that skill.

Dr Tim Pearce had everything required to be the best in the space. The work was to make the industry see it.

What we built

Personal brand and authority strategyWe built the marketing strategy behind Dr Tim Pearce's personal brand from the ground up — positioning him as the go-to educator and thought leader in UK aesthetics. Every piece of content, every platform, every campaign built around one objective: making his name synonymous with authority in the space.

Educational content was the engine. We developed the strategy, the scripting, and the storyboarding behind his video content — a full awareness-to-conversion video funnel, from educational hooks that built the audience to conversion content that sold the courses. A credible injector on camera is interesting. A credible injector with a clear narrative and a content strategy behind him becomes an authority.

Website rewrite and UX optimisationWe rewrote the website copy across his brands and led the UX optimisation work — using Hotjar to identify exactly where visitors were dropping off and making the changes that moved them through to enquiry and purchase. Not a rebrand. A systematic process of finding what was leaking revenue and fixing it.

Training Academy — launch and growthWe built the complete marketing infrastructure for SkinViva Training Academy — course positioning, sales copy, lead magnets, sales funnels, and automated nurturing flows that took prospects from first awareness through to course purchase without manual follow-up on every enquiry.

Webinars and masterclasses — sold out, week on weekWe built the system that filled his webinars and masterclasses consistently. Paid and organic campaigns driving registrations, email sequences converting registrations into attendees, and sales frameworks turning attendees into buyers. A repeatable commercial machine, not a one-off campaign.

Content, community and authority buildingWe produced a regular podcast series featuring industry leaders — building credibility, expanding reach, and creating content that worked across every platform. Lead magnets, retargeting campaigns, and nurturing sequences ran in the background across all three brands, ensuring no interested prospect was ever left without a reason to come back.

The most recognised injector and aesthetics educator in the UK — a position built through consistent, strategic marketing over time, not a single viral moment.
