Will you try to sell us something on the call?

No. The diagnostic is a genuine audit, not a discovery call dressed up. We give honest feedback regardless of whether you work with us afterwards. If a KOVO package is the right next step, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too.

What if we want to proceed with KOVO afterwards?

The £250 is credited toward any package if you commit within 5 days. Most clients who find the diagnostic useful move forward — but there's no pressure and no follow-up if you don't.
